LOCAL EDUCATION TOURS

  • Our lessons in Economics start with an Industrial Visit. We have taken our students to the state-of-the-art plant of Asian Paints, the largest paint manufacturer in India and to financial institutions like the Reserve Bank of India and the National Cheque Clearing Cell (NCC) so that our students can understand the role of these organisations and take a close look at their functioning.

  • An appreciation of Indian politics, history, art and culture has been inculcated through visits to Mani Bhavan, a museum and historical building dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, Elephanta Caves and Kanheri Caves.

  • Sociology and Economics lectures come alive during visits to a tribal village enabling an understanding of tribal life, art and culture and the social and economic challenges they face.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFORMATIVE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE PROGRAMME (TEEP)

  • Our students get the opportunity to participate in the Transformative Educational Experience Programme organised by The Economics Club Mumbai.

  • Our students who participated in TEEP have visited the best universities in the world including the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, the London School of Economics, SOAS, KU Leuven, LMU Munich and the University of Bologna.

  • They have built valuable life skills like Self and Time Management, Confidence, Communication, and Leadership.

  • They have visited places of academic, historical, literary, cultural and political importance thus bringing learning to life.
